Story 1:
My son once told me, “Mommy, a big man comes into my room at night.” “Tell him to go.” I brushed it off. Weeks later, I awoke at 3 a.m. to a commotion in his room. I rushed there and found him sitting on his bed, looking out the window and talking to himself. I peered across the street and saw what appeared to be a human figure standing in the apartment’s lit-up room.
My pulse raced, but when I looked closer, I saw it was only the arrangement of a lamp and furniture casting a shadow that resembled a human. I breathed with satisfaction and sat alongside my kid, telling him that no one was entering his room. As he fell asleep, I took one more glance to ensure it was merely a trick of the light.
Story 2:
I was once sitting on the couch with my partner when I heard the words “I love you.” Then my partner says, “I love you, too.” I was really perplexed because I wasn’t the one who said “I love you.” My mouth was closed.
I recall hearing and feeling the vibrations of words and noises being made, but neither I nor he was responsible for them. It seemed like a feminine voice speaking right in front of my face, although there was no one outside the window or in the room with us. It was creepy. I’m still thinking about it. © TenderN***leBender, Reddit.
Story 3:
I have very distinct recollections of a red and yellow snake thing created out of socks. It possessed slender, bony limbs and legs, as well as a lamprey-like mouth. I now believe they were hallucinations, which I still suffer from, but I’ll never forget what they looked like.

Story 4:
When I was four years old, on a trip overseas, a guy sought to buy me from my parents because I had green eyes and blonde hair. The man physically grabbed me and attempted to bargain with my father, but my father was a large person and yanked me back, and we swiftly fled the area.

Story 5:
When I was seven, I got in the wrong automobile at our camping. I just sat there waiting for my father to arrive to the car, assuming he was still packing up our campsite. A guy who was not my father got in the driver’s seat and switched on the engine, prepared to drive away without realizing I was present.
I asked my “dad” a question, and the man was taken aback when he learned there was a seven-year-old foreign girl in the car. I shouted when I realized he was a stranger, apologized, and booked it. © Teal Bouquet / Reddit
Story 6:
My ex-wife and I purchased an older home in the 1930s. We were remodeling and had painted some baseboards in the basement, then allowed them to cure overnight.
We looked at them the next morning, and it appeared like someone had dragged a sharp knife down the whole length of two of the baseboards, which were nearly 8 feet long each. The “blade” had gouged through new paint, old paint, priming, and even the wood. There were just two of us in the home. © dBasement/Reddit
Story 7:
I was reading the book “Think and Grow Rich.” The book mentions that you could notice anything strange when reading it.
Anyway, I decided to take the book to a downtown coffee shop. I was reading about a parent who had a deaf child. A youngster sat down next to me just then. I didn’t think much of it until his mother came over and began practicing sign language with him. © Soatch/Reddit
Story 8:
My sister and I used to play with a handmade Ouija board when we were in tenth school. We posed the typical inquiries, including the names of the “spirits” we were contacting. We were given the names Aiden and Hannah, both of which had been proposed for me before to my birth. Neither my sister nor I were aware of this information. © Unknown author/Reddit
Story 9:
My sister and I were alone in the living room when we heard what sounded like 1,000 dishes smashing out of the kitchen cupboards. We exchanged glances before racing into the kitchen. Nothing was broken.
We opened all the cupboards and combed through them, looking for shattered plates, but everything was fine. We’re constantly weirded out thinking about this. © Discover Luke / Reddit.
Story 10:
When I was younger, I lived in a house with a massive, two-story-high foyer and a lengthy stairway leading to it. Across from the stairs was a massive antique mirror.
I was alone in the house, my mother and siblings had gone grocery shopping, and I was listening to music when I noticed my own reflection.
I saw myself descending the stairway as reflected in the mirror. I yanked off my headphones and whirled around, but I wasn’t there. Nobody was. © ca***balking/Reddit
Story 11:
My spouse went away when my son was five months old. When he began talking, he always mentioned that an evil man visited his room when we were all sleeping. We brushed it off.
Years later, I discovered my husband’s ancient watch in his room, forgotten behind a wardrobe. I panicked since my husband was wearing the watch on the day he went missing. When I asked my kid about it, he couldn’t remember how the watch got into his room and claimed he’d never seen it before.
My spouse has suffered from severe depression for decades. It’s been over 20 years since we last saw him. But I get shivers every time I think of that watch.

I remember playing with a plastic toy dinosaur in my garden. I loved that item. I hurled it into the sky, and it never came back down. I never saw it again. © Elpantalla / Reddit.
Story 13:
Years ago, I shared an older home downtown with a roommate. We both played guitar and had an excellent setup in the basement. An antique mirror had been fastened to the wall when we moved in. I got home one day and realized my roommate was not present when he was supposed to be.
I went to the basement and began playing guitar. Something caught the corner of my eye in the mirror. When I turned to look, I noticed what appeared to be a rising cloud. I looked to the opposite side of the room and found no reason for this at all. It terrified me so severely that I immediately set down the guitar, went upstairs, and fled the home.
I went to the neighborhood cafe to relax till my roommate arrived home. Strangely, I discovered him there. He seemed pale and worried. He started telling me about the ‘cloudy ghost’ he saw in the basement mirror around two hours ago. © TreyGarcia | Reddit
Story 14:
When I was 14, I was home alone. My mother went grocery shopping, while my brother was at a friend’s house. My phone rang, and it was my grandmother. She screamed, “WHAT IS WRONG? “What’s wrong?”
I persuaded her everything was OK. She informed me that my mother had just contacted her and continuously said, “HELP, THE KIDS!” My mom came in, called her back, and assured her that nothing had occurred.
We went to my grandmother’s since she was still shaken. She displayed our number on the caller ID, which was impossible.
